Abisal nació del deseo de acercar el mar a una ciudad que aprendimos a llamar hogar.

Somos la tercera generación de una familia pescadora de Mazatlán.

Crecimos entendiendo que el mar tiene su propio ritmo y que el mejor producto no se encuentra por casualidad: se respeta, se espera y se cuida desde el origen.

En 2015 comenzamos compartiendo mariscos frescos en Monterrey. Con el tiempo descubrimos que no bastaba con llevar el producto; queríamos crear un lugar donde el mar pudiera vivirse alrededor de una mesa.

Así nació Abisal.

Un restaurante y fish market donde cada detalle desde la selección del producto hasta la forma en que recibimos a quienes nos visitan busca transmitir aquello en lo que creemos: que una gran comida siempre comienza con ingredientes extraordinarios, pero permanece en la memoria por las personas con quienes se comparte.

En 2024 esa historia continuó con Deep, nuestro raw bar, un espacio dedicado a celebrar el producto en su expresión más pura.

Porque más que servir mariscos, creemos en crear lugares donde las conversaciones se alargan, las copas vuelven a llenarse y cada visita invita a regresar.
